The National Rotation is an annual educational program organized by Canadian Blood Services that brings post-graduate medical trainees from across Canada together for two weeks of virtual synchronized interactive learning in transfusion medicine at the blood operator level. Through a series of expert-led seminars, participants will engage with subject matter experts from across Canadian Blood Services, gaining exposure to topics ranging from an overview of the national blood system to highly relevant clinical and medical aspects of transfusion medicine.

The National Rotation is designed to provide a foundational and practical knowledge that supports clinical training and future practice.
