Objectives:

1.    Describe the process and development of HTA at Ontario Health (Clinical Institutes and Quality Programs).
2.    Review a case study: Non-invasive fetal RhD blood group genotyping (economic evidence) as an example of methodological concepts used in model-based economic evaluations.
3.    Provide examples of costing and interpretation of economic analysis results.
4.    Understand how HTA is used in decision making.
