How to improve the organ donation and transplantation journey for patients marginalized by race and ethnicity in Canada?

The Organ Donation and Transplantation Collaborative (ODTC) will be hosting a second discussion on challenges faced by racialized communities in organ donation and transplantation (ODT) presented in collaboration with Providence Health Care, UHN Centre for Living Organ Donation and A.C.T.I.O.N.

This second webinar aims to raise awareness by providing a perspective from patients marginalized by race and ethnicity, with a focus on anti-Black racism, along the ODT journey, encourage discussion and point to opportunities for improvement through action by the ODT community and partners, including governments.

Date and time: Thursday, February 24, 2022 - 12:00 - 13:30 p.m. (ET)

Language: The webinar will be presented in English, but participants will be encouraged to ask questions in their language of choice.

Location: The event will be delivered virtually. A link to the live broadcast will be shared once you will be registered.
