Overview: The webinar will highlight the impact that biases of healthcare professionals, whether conscious or unconscious, can have on minority families. They will discuss the funnel effect that occurs as it relates to the impact that this can have on the OPOs ability to effectively support families, engage in donation discussions, and obtain authorization.

Added Learning Opportunity (optional)  there will be an optional 30-minute Breakout Session that will take place following the session. These breakout discussions will serve as a value opportunity to connect with your peers in the community in small, collaborative groups and apply lessons learned from the general session. Following the breakout session, members will reconvene with our speakers to share key insights and strategies identified.
